Alphy Online Middle school covers grades from 6 to 8. Our middle school curriculum is designed to engage students with different learning styles and abilities. The learning assets we are using are rich and interactive, providing visual and auditory stimulation for our students. For instance, the lessons are filled with photos, graphic learning animations, videos, and interactive text. By providing all these resources, we encourage our students to think independently and relate instructional concepts to a real-life context.

The curriculum for middle school grades is created with a goal to upgrade the knowledge students receive in elementary. In grades 6 to 8, the learning material is a bit more content-heavy compared to what they have learned in lower grades. Students also have more electives to choose from. All this creates the perfect knowledge base for high school.

The Learning Process

Our platform is an interactive online learning environment, which contains all the necessary materials, resources, and assignments. Students can access the platform 24/7 and study independently, at their own pace. In addition, all students have their personal profiles on the platform, which contain all the data about their marks and achieved progress.

Another important element of the learning process in our school is group and individual classes. We hold our group classes in small groups of 3-6 students, based on their time zone, grade level entry, and progress. They are an excellent opportunity for students to socialize and meet their classmates from around the world. Group classes have a predetermined fixed schedule that suits everyone’s needs.

Individual classes are one-on-one sessions with the student’s assigned tutor, scheduled at their convenience. The biggest advantage of individual classes is that students receive focused support in the areas they find difficult or unclear.

Virtual doors of our online middle school are open throughout the entire year! Whenever you feel ready to start – we can enroll you in just a few clicks! Tuition Fee and Enrollment process

Educational Transcript

Upon finalization of any online elementary school grade, we issue an educational transcript to our students. That is an official document that proves a student has successfully finished the grade. 

Online Middle School Program

The middle school program consists of 4 core and 2 elective courses. Our middle school students have a wide range of electives to choose from. Through elective subjects, students are encouraged to explore their personal interests. The core courses are broken down into 2 semesters per grade level, while elective courses can last both one and two semesters.

What do you study in online middle school?

Students at Online Middle School have four core subjects in each grade – English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. They also get to pick two elective subjects. Electives are mandatory, but a student can choose them based on personal interests. Alphy elective program enables them to explore world languages, computer basics, art, and music, among other fields.

Will my child get a certificate upon completion of online middle school?

Upon completion of each grade, our students receive an Educational Transcript. A document that proves that they have successfully finalized a particular grade. That document contains the subjects they followed, the grades they got, and a comment from their teacher. An educational transcript enables a student to proceed to the next grade.
